Overall good, but takes time to learn how to best operate. Ie, to use cheaper overnight energy to heat up all water and pre-heat floors. Generally costs look ok and similar or a bit cheaper than gas, however… December 2021 was very cold (-5 day -8 night) and the costs for this cold period added up while heat pump ran non stop and struggled to keep up with heat demands (I understand that the COP is lower when very cold and also the power output is lower). Overall very happy and seems very efficient now ambient temperatures back to 5-8c. Install and after care was brilliant with Hello Renewables.
