I am extremely pleased with the installation of our Daikin air source heat pump. It has been in operation now for over 6 months and is delivering the heat we need for both hot water and space heating. It is too earlier to confirm for definite that it is cheaper to run over the year compared to our old oil boiler but on calculations so far this certainly seems to be true over the six month period to date. Overall we are very pleased with this investment and the performance of the pump. Not only does this appear to be cost effective solution to our heating requirements but clearly is much more environmentally friendly than it was burning oil.
